Company history

he company was founded in July 1995 by several top experts in the fields of energy and industrial automation. In December of the same year, the strategic partner Jihomoravská energetika, a.s. joined the company, which then changed its name to AISE-JME, s.r.o.

In June 2005, following the dissolution of Jihomoravská energetika, a.s., a new strategic partner, J&T Finance Group, a.s., took over the business share. Since the beginning of 2005, the company has operated under its original name AISE, s.r.o.

In 2010, AISE became part of the newly established Energetický a průmyslový holding, a.s. (EPH).

From its foundation, the company’s main activities have focused on energy technology management, measurement and control in the energy sector, and also production process control based on its own application software product under the trademark AISYS, delivered as turnkey solutions. Alongside this, AISE has always provided expert energy consultancy, conducted energy audits, and designed and implemented energy-saving projects.

Over time, this activity expanded to include dispatcher workstation solutions, remote control systems, and the delivery of complete energy units (boiler rooms, transformer stations, system reconstructions, heating system changes, utilization of alternative energy sources). The turnkey deliveries were further enhanced by offering financing options such as energy performance contracting, outsourcing, and outhosting.

Since the company’s operations involve facilities with high demands on control systems and safety, it has always focused on cooperating with leading global hardware manufacturers.

Today, AISE is capable of delivering projects not only within the Czech and Slovak Republics but also at volumes of tens of millions of Czech crowns. The company’s long list of successfully completed projects serves as strong references for our services and forms the foundation for building new business relationships.
