he company AISE, s.r.o. has been developing its proprietary monitoring and control system AISYS for many years. The AISYS system is designed for the automation of corporate energy management and its technological units.
Thanks to the effective management of corporate energy, you will have an immediate overview of monitored variables and receive real-time information about your energy operations. By regulating the needs of corporate energy systems, significant energy savings can be achieved.
The AISYS system has a modular structure and a unified user interface into which local systems can be implemented.
AISYS allows the measurement and regulation of all types of energy and technological variables:
- Electrical energy (consumption and production – generators, PV plants)
- Thermal energy (steam, hot and warm water, domestic hot water)
- Natural gas
- Water management
- Compressed air and technical gases
- Wastewater, etc.
The system enables the control of boiler rooms, heat exchange stations, compressor stations, HVAC and refrigeration units, as well as the operation of high and low voltage substations and wastewater pumping stations. The system is easily expandable – both in terms of measuring and regulating additional energy and technological variables, and through the addition of the AISYS Billing module for extended data processing.
AISYS Live ensures data measurement, periodic data collection, local control and regulation, local archiving in process stations for all measured and regulated variables, monitoring and archiving of energy consumption data, remote control, global regulation and control, industrial connectivity of process and data stations, and computer-based data visualization – all tailored precisely to customer requirements.
AISYS Data evaluates and processes data (consumption, statistical reports, forecasts, charts, energy intensity per production unit, balances, invoicing).
AISYS Billingis used to generate invoice attachments that reflect the quantity of consumed energy (media). It can also be used for internal billing within a company by department. It is adapted for automatic data acquisition from any measuring and regulation system or manual meter readings. AISYS Billing is modular, allowing the implementation of only those energy media (modules) that are used in a specific company. It integrates with enterprise information systems such as SAP, PROFIS, and ASTRA. Upon request, measured data can be converted into a format suitable for transfer to the market operator.
Special and Support Programs
AISE, s.r.o. has developed software that regulates and monitors building heating systems. Upon customer request, special software has been created for measuring radial runout (TYMEREV ) and for suppressing load sway.
