Company history

ompany was established in July 1995 by several top experts in the field of power engineering and industrial automation. In December of the same year the strategic partner Jihomoravská energetika, a.s., joined the company and the company’s name changed to AISE-JME, s.r.o. In June 2005 the business share of Jihomoravská energetika, a.s. was taken over by a new strategic partner J&T Finance Group, a.s. At the beginning of 2005 the company’s name changed again to AISE, s.r.o.

Since the establishment of AISE, the company’s main activities have involved the management of energy technologies, measurement and regulation in the energy sector, as well the management of production technologies based on the company’s own application software AISYS® delivered “ready-to-use”. Along with these activities, the company has been offering special counselling in the field of power engineering and energy audits. It has also been proposing and solving projects on energy savings.

The company’s activities were later extended to include designing of dispatchers workplaces, remote systems and supplies of complex energy units (boiler installations, transformer stations, reconstruction, change of heating systems, and use of alternative resources). „Ready-to-use“ supplies were supplemented with effective methods of financing such as energy performance contracting, outsourcing and outhosting

Since the activities of the company are connected with operations that require control technology and guaranteed safety, we focus our activities on the leading world hardware producers. At the moment AISE is able to actualize large orders both inside and outside of the Czech and Slovak Republics. A long list of successfully realised orders provides excellent references to our services and is the cornerstone for establishing further business relationships.
